Joe Thomas sums up his approach to farm life like this: “If I’m going to do something, I’m going to do it all the way, and I’m going to do it until it’s done.”
That mentality helped Thomas become someone who is widely considered the greatest offensive lineman in Wisconsin football history. It allowed him to set the NFL record for consecutive snaps played (10,363) as a left tackle for the Cleveland Browns and to be induced into both the College Football and Pro Football halls of fame. Now, Thomas is using that mindset to pursue his latest passion post-playing career on his family farm and through Hall of Fame Beef.
