Oliver Tulk’s first season as a member of the Wisconsin men’s hockey team was, as he put it, “surreal.” The Badgers not only returned to the NCAA Tournament but made a dramatic push all the way to the national championship game before suffering a 2-1 loss to Denver.
Tulk found himself right in the thick of that success as a freshman. He appeared in all 39 games and finished with seven goals and 17 assists. His 24 points ranked fifth on the team.
