Jacob Harris is a 6-foot-6, 265-pound physical specimen on the football field whose athleticism and catch radius as a tight end already have wowed at Wisconsin. During Wisconsin’s 54-10 victory against Eastern Michigan on Saturday, Harris caught three passes for 89 yards.

But there is so much more to Harris than football, which is why his friends have dubbed him as the “side quest warrior.” He is a birder whose interest was sparked after taking a zoology class his junior year of high school. He has a marionette puppet. He is interested in playing the accordion. His nickname as a high school basketball player was “The Human Dunk Tank.”
