Badger Connect is rolling out an exciting lineup of new content, experiences and fan opportunities beginning this March, highlighted by the launch of a brand-new weekly podcast hosted by one of Wisconsin’s most recognizable voices.
Introducing The Badger Connect Podcast with Mike Heller
Starting Thursday, March 5, Badger Connect will debut The Badger Connect Podcast with Mike Heller, with new episodes releasing every Thursday. The show will feature in-depth conversations with Badgers athletes, coaches and notable figures connected to Wisconsin Athletics, giving fans unprecedented access to the stories behind the programs.
The premiere episode will feature Wisconsin football coach Luke Fickell and his wife, Amy, offering a unique look inside their journey, leadership and life in Madison.
The podcast will be available free to watch and listen to on all major podcast platforms, YouTube, and BadgerConnect.com. No membership is required to enjoy the show.

A New Weekly Giveaway Experience
Badger Connect is also revamping how giveaways are delivered to members. Beginning in March, giveaways will follow a structured weekly theme across football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and men’s hockey, creating a consistent and exciting experience for fans.
The March giveaway schedule will include:
Week 1 — Home Opener Premium Tickets
Week 2 — Private Practice Access
Week 3 — Game Day Suite Experience
Week 4 — Autographed Memorabilia
Each week will bring a new category of premium experiences and items designed to give fans unforgettable access to their favorite teams.
Giveaway eligibility will be based on membership tier. Starter members receive one entry for drawings in all five sports. Pro members receive one entry for drawings in all five sports but 10 for the sport of their choice. Elite members receive 10 entries for drawings in all five sports.

Badger Connect’s content lineup is growing, providing members with something to look forward to throughout the week:
- Badger Bites with Jesse Temple — Every Wednesday
- The Badger Connect Podcast with Mike Heller — Every Thursday
- Weekly Giveaway Drawings — Every Friday
The podcast will be free for all fans to watch and listen to, while written content, Badger Bites, and giveaways remain exclusive to members. Starter memberships include access to all content, while Pro and Elite memberships include both content access and giveaway eligibility.
